These terms cover businesses and their staff who use Sambung. By signing in you agree to them.

Accounts

A business's owners decide who is on its team. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what is sent from your account. Tell an owner straight away if you think someone else has used it.

WhatsApp rules

Every business using Sambung must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, get people's permission before messaging them, and honour STOP requests. Meta charges for some messages; those charges are between the business and Meta. We may pause a number that is used for spam or breaks Meta's rules.

Your data

The business owns its conversations. We handle them as set out in the privacy page, and delete them when asked, as set out on the data deletion page.

The service

We work to keep Sambung running and secure, but it depends on Meta, our hosting providers and the internet, and can be interrupted. Don't rely on it as the only record of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Macrotech isn't liable for indirect loss from using Sambung.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell each business's owners before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
