If you are a business using Sambung

An owner can email kumaresrao5@gmail.com from the address on their Sambung account and ask us to delete the business. We then disconnect its WhatsApp numbers from Sambung and delete its conversations, contacts, files, templates and staff accounts. We confirm by email when it's done.

If you messaged a business that uses Sambung

Ask that business to delete your conversation. Or email kumaresrao5@gmail.com with your WhatsApp number and the business's name; we pass the request to the business and delete your messages from Sambung once they confirm.

If you signed in with Facebook

Connecting a number uses Facebook only to authorise access to the business's WhatsApp account. To remove that access, go to Facebook Settings → Business integrations and remove “Sambung”, then email us to delete the data as above.

Messages already delivered to someone's phone stay in their WhatsApp; we can't remove those.
